Terry Anderson Hi-Fi Launches QuidsDb

Quids Technology has designed a custom installation of QuidsDb for Terry Anderson Hi-Fi. The Terry Anderson Hi-Fi installation demonstrates Quids' flexibility and ease of use, as well as our commitment to service and support.
We designed and built a new Point-of-Sale (POS) GUI tailored especially to Terry's needs. The new POS interface supports the users' level of computer experience and their current business practices.
Quids Technology provided a hardware upgrade, one-on-one training, targeted online help system, and a QuidsDb configuration that addresses all of Terry's operational needs. We designed and implemented a seemless changeover that included converting historical data from an obsolete and unsupported system into QuidsDb.
As part of our committment to ongoing customer service, Quids Technology also hosts the Terry Anderson system. This is a real value added service for small retail operations. We handle all of the technical aspects of running servers, maintaining data integrity, ensuring the security of proprietary data, managing customer privacy, installing and configuring upgrades, and running on and off-site backups.
The next phase of the installation will be to launch a QuidsDb-driven Terry Anderson Hi-Fi Web site to allow his customers to shop and buy online. The Web site will be designed, developed, fully hosted and maintained by Quids Technology. By leaving the work to Quids, business managers don't have to become IT experts overnight.
